How are messages logged in HubSpot?
Messages are logged as communication activities on the matched HubSpot contact. Both sent and received messages are captured with full content, timestamps, and channel information.
Can SyncIn create new HubSpot contacts?
Yes, if you enable All Messages mode. Unknown senders will be auto-created as new HubSpot contacts with their name and phone number. In Business Only mode (default), only existing contacts are matched.
How often do messages sync?
Messages sync every 2 minutes in batches. New messages from WhatsApp and LinkedIn are automatically picked up and logged to HubSpot.
